Terms of service & non-refundable transfer policy

W by Aething (operated by Aething Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave #6113, Dover, DE 19904) provides a universal W-number registry, global community leaderboard, and non-custodial payment routing interface.

1. Zero-custody routing architecture and fee structure

W by Aething acts strictly as a technical routing interface without custodial retention of user funds. Transfers are subject to the following standard fee structure:

• Cryptocurrency transfers: Platform fee of 2.5% per transaction. Direct routing to the creator's designated EVM address with zero custodial retention.
• Bank card transfers (Fiat): Platform fee of 1.5% plus standard Stripe processing fees (card network interchange and acquiring fees charged by Stripe). Payouts are transferred directly to the creator's connected account via Stripe.

2. Voluntary and non-refundable nature of transfers

All transfers initiated to a universal W-number are voluntary, final, and strictly non-refundable as funds are settled directly to the recipient's external accounts in real time. The one-time lifetime activation fee ($300) is also final and non-refundable.
