Terms of service & non-refundable transfer policy

W by Aething (operated by Aething Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave #6113, Dover, DE 19904) provides a universal W-number registry, global community leaderboard, and non-custodial payment routing interface.

1. Zero-custody routing architecture and fee structure

W by Aething acts strictly as a technical routing interface. The platform does not hold, custody, or escrow fan transfers on corporate accounts. Transfers are subject to the following standard fee structure:

• Cryptocurrency transfers: Platform fee of 2.5% per transaction. Direct routing to the creator's designated EVM address with zero custodial retention.
• Bank card transfers (Fiat): Platform fee of 1.5% plus standard Stripe processing fees (card network interchange and acquiring fees charged by Stripe). Payouts are transferred directly to the creator's connected account via Stripe.

2. Voluntary and non-refundable nature of transfers

All transfers initiated to a universal W-number are voluntary gratifications and direct support to the respective creator or public team. Because funds are settled directly to the recipient's external accounts in real time, all completed transfers and one-time activation fees ($300) are final, irrevocable, and strictly non-refundable. Initiating an unauthorized bank chargeback after confirming a voluntary transfer constitutes a breach of these terms.
